Located at the corner of Howe and Davie Street in Vancouver’s Downtown core, Alto is an award-winning mixed use development offering 5,000 sf of street-front retail servicing the Downtown South neighbourhood including residents of the 110 unit tower above. Inspired by architectural features, such as 10-foot-heigh ceilings, vibrant lifestyles and an eclectic mix of amenities found in the Downtown South location, DCD developed a unique visual language. It’s quirky yet smart, edgy yet confident and reflects the target demographic of the neighbourhood. Working closely with the client and the marketing team, DCD provided a wide range of brand creative services including naming, positioning, concept development, art direction, identity design, stationery, brochure, floor plans, direct mails, print advertisements, website design and development, signage, presentation centre graphics, vehicle wrap, and various promotional item designs.
