As part of Elle Richmond’s presentation centre, DCD created a touchscreen application for the sales team to interact with and assist customers in experiencing Elle Richmond’s unique selling points. We translated the established brand into a cohesive, content rich, easy to navigate and effective digital sales tool.
We partnered with a local architectural visualization studio to produce a series of videos to tell Elle Richmond’s brand story utilizing film and cutting-edge digital technology. This interactive design combined a lifestyle video, location photography, 3D renderings, a fly-through animation, title graphics and special effects. It was orchestrated to present the brand as a desirable choice for the most saturated and competitive home buyers market in the region. The video went on to be mentioned on high profile blogs such as Mashable.
