Two leading independent schools, Fraser Valley Christian High School (FVCHS, established in 1964) and Surrey Christian School (SCS, established in 1978), brought their supporting community together to merge the schools into a new preschool to grade 12 school system under the name, Surrey Christian School. Since then, the school has grown to become a community of over 1,000 students and 130 teachers and staff operating out of 3 campuses in Surrey, British Columbia; and it continues to evolve.

DCD has provided guidance and creative services throughout the entire branding process: naming, positioning, art direction, visual identity, website design & development, signage design, advertisements, athletic clothing, and various digital and print marketing collateral.
