Branding a master-planned community
The Gardens is a self-contained urban village comprised of mid-rise residences and retail built along a stunning 12-acre park. This master-planned community located in South Richmond offers the residents various features and amenities that are unique to the South Richmond neighbourhood. In its second phase of development, DCD was selected to rebrand the project to better reflect its key brand values and project visions.
Capitalizing on its unique location and amenities, our new positioning focused on luxury, contemporary design, convenience and the project’s 12-acre natural park. DCD crafted every single brand application, from concept to design to production, in a cohesive and timely manner, including: brand identity, creative concept, art direction, advertising campaigns, print marketing collateral, presentation centre graphics, various exterior signage, website design and development, interactive touchscreen design and development, digital media assets and online ads.
